Part 4 follows the Toy Saw branch through Henry's final fight and reaches Escape, Ending A. The four-video route does not complete Return, Ending B, or the secret Stay, Ending C route.
The first ending, not the whole ending set
The question mark in the title is appropriate. Part 4 closes the route Mark chose, but Endacopia is built for branch saves and repeat endings. The biggest story answers are still behind Stay.

How to continue after Markiplier's Part 4

Will there be a Markiplier Endacopia Part 5?
At this page's September 3 review, Markiplier's public numbered Endacopia run contains four videos and there is no official Part 5 upload. Part 4 reaches a complete ending, while its title and description acknowledge that other endings exist. A future video remains possible, but it is not scheduled on the public channel page.
Until another official upload appears, use Part 4 as the end of this specific route, not as proof that all of Endacopia has been completed.
